THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEMS:
Your products are sent by Colissimo by the Post Office, from Monday to Friday included. All our packages are encoded and provided with a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery of the package(s) at any time, the package number for tracking shipments can be provided upon request of the customer.
Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more items, the ordered products will be delivered in one go to the customer's delivery address indicated when the order is placed.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Our order department will validate your order electronically within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, your order will be validated upon receipt of it on our bank account. Without receipt of your payment within this period, your order will be automatically invalidated.
As soon as your order is validated, it will be prepared by our logistics team. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
For France :
For Metropolitan France, packages are delivered by Colissimo (with tracking).
The first delivery is free of charge for Metropolitan France and Monaco.
The maximum delivery time is 7 working days from the date of order.
For Europe, your package will be shipped via La Poste by Colissimo. The average time is 8 to 10 working days depending on the destination.
- The delivery for a pair of shoes is 9€.
- Delivery for two pairs of shoes is 18€.
- Delivery of three or more pairs is 25€.
For the French overseas departments and territories:
For the DOM-TOM, your package will be shipped via La Poste by Colissimo. The estimated time varies according to the destination, the minimum time is 15 working days depending on the overseas region.
Delivery for a pair of shoes varies between €18 and €26 depending on the DOM-TOM selected
Delivery for two pairs of shoes varies between €26 and €50 depending on the DOM-TOM selected.
Delivery for three pairs of shoes varies between 31 € and 60 € depending on the DOM-TOM selected
For the International market:
For International, your package will be shipped via La Poste by Colissimo. The estimated time varies according to the destination, the minimum time is 15 working days depending on the destination country.
- The delivery for a pair of shoes is 38€.
- Delivery for two pairs of shoes is 75€.
- The delivery of three pairs is 110€.
Any errors concerning the inconsistency between the postal code and the selected country will be subject to order cancellation and automatic refund. In this case, you will be informed by email, and redirected to our website.
The customer must check the condition of the products delivered as soon as they are received. You have 14 days after receipt of your order to make a return, having established a request in advance by going to the Loyalty Space.
The items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any product that has undergone the slightest wear and tear or with damaged packaging, making it unsuitable for resale, will be refused by "www.chaussuresarche.fr" and will not be refunded.
Only returns concerning the choice of the wrong size will be handled by "www.chaussuresarche.fr", all other returns are at the customer's expense.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT :
The products marketed by the website "www.chaussuresarche.fr" have been carefully selected. We are in no way responsible for any defects related to the manufacture of the products.
If the customer notices a defect or quality problem on the items ordered, and worn as part of "normal" use of the product, it is advisable to contact a site advisor as soon as possible in order to establish a return of the defective product. You have a reflection period of fourteen days, from the day of delivery to your home or at a relay point, to return the items not worn in their original packaging. Only items purchased via the website can be returned.
How to make a return?
Before returning the item(s) to us, it is essential to make a request in advance via your Loyalty Space. and indicate the order number that you will find on your customer space "my account" heading "my orders".

To be noted:
- The refund is made via the same payment method as the one used when you placed your order.
- The credit note is sent to you by e-mail. You will find it directly in your shopping cart and can use it for your next online order. The credit note is available for 6 months.
Your request will be processed within 48 to 72 hours (business days). Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs at our expense. Any package returned to our head office, without having previously made a request for return will not be accepted.
